S H I P P I N G   P O L I C I E S

• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
• Most products are made to order and require at least 7 business days (sometimes longer) for us to process, create, package, and ship. Allow longer shipping times during high volume seasonal times. In stock items will ship sooner.
• All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS & Canada Post, 
• 10% linear Shipping based on order value however, if determined to be a remote location, we will reach back out to you and invoice the true cost of shipping. 
• An order may only be shipped to one location.
• We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada

• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. 
• Contact us within 7 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Merchandise will be refunded or replaced with new merchandise. 
• Photos will be required for each damaged product.
