- Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
- Most products are made to order and require at least 7 business days (sometimes longer) for us to process, create, package, and ship. Allow longer shipping times during high volume seasonal times. In stock items will ship sooner.
- All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS & Canada Post,
- 10% linear Shipping based on order value however, if determined to be a remote location, we will reach back out to you and invoice the true cost of shipping.
- An order may only be shipped to one location.

D A M A G E S & D E F E C T S
- Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
- Contact us within 7 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Merchandise will be refunded or replaced with new merchandise.
- Photos will be required for each damaged product.
